JunctionQuest stands behind the quality of our work and will support any of our developments and/or designs for a period of 30 days after the completion of a project. Should a problem arise during the course of a project JunctionQuest will work with its clients to resolve any issues. In the event that a solution cannot be found and the decision to refund a client on a project is made, JunctionQuest will refund the client within 30 days from date of the refund request. Refunds will only be made by a check mailed to the client. In the event of a refund on services client is to delete and or remove any work that JunctionQuest has provided. All JunctionQuest designs are property of JunctionQuest until client makes final payment on project.

Ask us Why? Unfortunely there are numerous companies who seek to resell designs created by design firms. They will have a design firm complete a design, ask for a refund than resell the designs for profit.

3rd Party Services
As a web design and marketing company, JunctionQuest works within several other systems such as GoDaddy, Google, ChannelAdvisor and others with our clients. JunctionQuest is not responsible for any problems, profit loss, or errors resulting from errors in these 3rd party systems.

Although we cannot control any problems with 3rd party service providers, we will try to assist you in getting in contact with the proper person within the 3rd Party service provider to have the problem resolved. JunctionQuest works hard to provide quality services and to establish long term working relationships with our clients.
